Based in New York’s Soho, Yvone Christa was founded thirteen years ago by Swedish born designs Yvone Clamf and Christina Soderstrom. Their stunning handmade jewellery designs are crafted using the old Venetian filigree technique, thin gold or silver threads laid in patterns, soldered together then finally given an antique finish. All pieces are made from 925 sterling silver or 22 carat gold plated silver. Yvone and Christa are inspired by antique jewellery; large hoop pendants on decorative chains, delicate leaf shape earrings, flower cuff bracelets, delicate seashell charms and vintage look butterflies are adorned with beautiful precious stones of milky green jade and rose quartz. There is a nostalgic quality to their designs and their collection express ideas from nature, using flowers such as roses, orchids and water lilies as a source of inspiration.
