PRIVACY POLICY

Manjoh wants you to know how we handle the information you send to us via this Site. Manjoh recognises the importance of protecting the privacy of their client's personal and financial information collected about them. Manjoh does not sell its client information, or share it with any company outside of the Manjoh organisation, which may include subsidiary or affiliated companies including the technical entities that assist Manjoh with our website.

This is the way we handle information obtained on this Site:

Automatic collection: Our web server automatically recognizes the visitor's domain name (not email address) and records the visitor's browser and platform type (e.g. Netscape browser or Microsoft platform).

Cookies: 'Cookies' are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We use cookies to record the visitor's session information (such as the visitor's shopping selections when ordering), record user-specific information on the pages the visitor selects for viewing and to retain the visitor's answer to our question regarding residency.

E-mail addresses: When visitors send us emails or give us their email address when placing an order, we retain their e-mail address. However, we do not share our email lists. Visitor-keyed information: We retain information provided by our visitor, such as registration information, transaction information (e.g. dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) and contact information (e.g. name, address, phone number).

Telephone numbers: Visitors who give us their telephone numbers online will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed online.

Disclosure: If required by law, court order or in the good faith belief that disclosure is otherwise advisable, we may disclose your information.

If you are under 18, you need to make a parent or guardian aware of Manjoh's privacy policy and we will need their consent before an order can be made.

At all times, Manjoh will offer you the opportunity to opt-out of any service to which you have subscribed. Any email we send you will contain an easy automated opt-out link so that you can opt-out of that particular mailshot. Should you wish to have your name permanently removed from our database, you can do so by sending us an email to this effect to enquiries@manjoh.com.

If for any reason you wish to check that the personal information which Manjoh holds on your behalf is correct, you can do so by checking your account once you have signed in on the Site. Only you, and /or the Customer Care department can access your personal data from the Site using your password and user ID. Information can be amended online or you can send us an email to registrations@manjoh.com and we can amend your personal details.

SECURITY POLICY

Manjoh uses industry-standard encryption technologies to ensure the security of costumer data when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with this Site server. This means that any information sent through the secure online system can only be read by Manjoh.com. All other data transfer is conducted through a secure phone line.

In the URL field at the top of the browser you should see https: which means that you are in a secure mode. With a document you can verify the security by checking to see if there is a security icon at the bottom of your browser, such as a padlock and key. This combination will give you the assurance that both your browser and this server are communicating securely.

When payment is made on this Site, all information is sent encrypted to the secure payment server and will not be stored or saved on Manjoh's Site. As the information sent on Manjoh's secure online order form is encrypted, it cannot be read by anyone else.

You will have your own unique password when you are registered on Manjoh's Site which only allows you to access your personal information on our Site. Please keep this password in a safe and secure place and do not share your password with others. If you should forget your password, contact us and we can send an email to your account's email address with a password prompt.
