You are entitled to return an ordered item within 14 days following the date of the delivery.
To return an item you must contact us by email at returns@manjoh.com within seven days of receipt of the order stating your invoice number and reason for return.
Manjoh will provide you with a return number and
within seven days of receipt of this number, you must then return the item in its original condition with tag attached; in the original packaging
and Manjoh will send you a full refund for the price you paid for it. Refunds are only available via this Site to the original purchaser of the item on this Site.
We will not refund any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the EU.
As an alternative, you can request a gift certificate to the value of the refund amount to be used against future purchases on this Site.
Any item returned outside of the above time periods, can only be returned at the discretion of Manjoh and can only be refunded as a gift certificate.
Please check the item carefully before removing tags, as Manjoh will not accept the return of any non-faulty item which has been worn and/or had the tag removed. For reasons of health and hygiene, earrings for pierced ears; toe rings and belly button rings cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To return the item, pack the item safely and send it back to the following address:

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. You will be responsible for the postage fees to return the goods unless the item is faulty or was delivered to you by mistake. We will inform you as soon as we receive the item back. We cannot accept liability for an item lost or damaged in transit. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
To exchange an item, this can only be done subject to product availability. Please follow the same procedure as the returns policy above noting in particular how goods should be returned. Once the item to be exchanged is received in the correct condition, the exchanged item will only then be despatched.
Manjoh does not accept liability for shortages or damage to deliveries unless you notify us of the same within seven days of receipt of the delivery.

Cancellations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to cancel your order for any item within seven working days of delivery. To cancel the order, please fill in the despatch form sent with the original parcel with the wording "Order cancellation". Please pack the item securely and send it back to us within seven working days of the date the item was delivered to you.
For your protection, please use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item to us unless the delivery was made to you by mistake or if the item is faulty.
Quality
Every item on the Site has been made to the highest standard of quality. Please note that some items are hand made from natural materials and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from the image shown. There may also be minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications.
Photography
Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.
Gift Certificates and Promotional Codes
The Manjoh gift certificate is redeemable for Manjoh merchandise up to the prepaid value of the certificate. A gift certificate or promotional code can be redeemed at our Site by following the steps in the payment section of this Site. A gift certificate has a cash redemption value of 0.001p. A gift certificate, including any part thereof, must be redeemed within one year of the date of issue, after which it expires.
A gift certificate can only be redeemed by the recipient of that certificate as intended by the purchaser. The recipient of the gift certificate or promotional code cannot transfer or assign the benefit of the gift certificate or promotional code, or their rights under it.
A gift certificate cannot be applied to an order already placed with us. If the goods you order from us with a gift certificate cost more than the face value of the gift certificate, the holder must pay the balance in accordance with the terms of the payment policy section of this Site.
If the goods which the holder orders from us with a gift certificate cost less than the face value of the gift certificate, we would suggest that the holder purchases gift certificates for the remainder balance where possible as no credit will be given for the value of the balance.
The following terms relating to the return of goods ordered with a gift certificate do not affect the holder's statutory rights.
If the holder of a gift certificate who has ordered goods from us with a gift certificate wishes to return or exchange those goods, then the holder can do so within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. The same obligations apply in relation to returns and exchanges as outlined in the returns and exchange policy above. We will exchange the items as under our exchange policy above or provide a refund in the form of a gift certificate to the value of the returned goods less the outgoing delivery costs and any applicable duties or taxes levied from outside the EU.
Gift returns
If you have received a gift item from Manjoh you can return it in exchange for a gift certificate to the value of the returned goods. You will need to register with us first to do this. You can then place an order online with us in the future. The goods to be returned must be returned in accordance with the returns and exchange policy section of this Site. Please be aware that you will be required to pay any difference in cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties. The same rules apply in relation to gift certificates as outlined above.

Repairs
Customers must inform us of any defective item immediately upon receipt using the returns procedure for the purposes of notifying us. Manjoh's designers will repair any defects caused by the manufacture of their items at their own cost subject to a limit of six months from the date of purchase. Items in need of repair resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence, misuse or accident will only be repaired at the discretion of the designer.
Bespoke Jewellery
Once we receive a confirmed bespoke order, the order will be processed as soon as we receive payment and your agreement to these terms. The order can be paid for in full at this stage or by payment of an initial non refundable 50% deposit. Where a deposit is paid, full payment will need to be made once your jewellery is ready and before we can arrange delivery. If full payment is not made within 14 days of notification by us to you that your item is ready for delivery, your deposit will be forfeited without further notice.
Please note that as this is a bespoke piece of jewellery and it is not an item from our general stock, we cannot accept the exchange or return of the item and you will have accept delivery of the final design.
