Items are only despatched once payment has been approved. Items are then despatched using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. A signature will be required for registered post so please select a delivery address where you can be sure that there will be someone to accept delivery.
Where possible, all orders received by noon will be despatched on the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders received after noon on Friday, weekends and bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day.
We offer a same day courier delivery service to all London postal codes for
a fixed delivery charge of £20. To benefit from this service, orders must be
received and payment cleared by 2pm for London Same Day delivery.
