Terms of sale

A purchase on this Site can only be made with individuals and others who are lawfully permitted to enter into a legally binding contract under English law. This Site is also only available to individuals and others who are able to provide the correct information during the registration process and who are able to make payment of products purchased using a valid method of payment. Purchases made on this Site should only be for personal or gift use and should not be purchased to be resold or for any other commercial benefit.

Manjoh reserves the right to perform credit checks when you make an offer to purchase products on this Site and we have reason to carry out checks to verify your identity, to validate the card tendered in payment, to obtain an initial card authorisation and to authorise individual transactions.

Prices

The prices shown on the Site are in GBP (sterling) and VAT (value added tax) is charged at the current rates and is included in the retail price. If you live outside of the European Union (EU) we will refund the VAT after your order has been despatched. To request a VAT refund please contact our customer services department on 0845 601 0056 or email customerservices@manjoh.com. Please remember to quote your original invoice number.

Any purchases outside of the UK will be subject to any duties and taxes which may be levied by the jurisdiction of the delivery address and will be payable by you.

Manjoh reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Order

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. It should not be possible for you to order an item that is not in stock. All stock items will be despatched within 2 working days of receipt of your order. Manjoh makes every effort to despatch goods on time but does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time.

If an item is shown as out of stock we may get further stock. You can email us at waitinglist@manjoh.com for selected items which we do not hold in stock at the time you place an order. We will then notify you within 48 hours of the item coming back in stock on this Site for you to place an order should you so wish to do so at that time.

Acceptance and payment of your order

You will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt of your order as soon as the order has been processed. We reserve the right not to accept your order should there by any breach of our terms and conditions and use of the Site.

Payment can be made by all major credit cards and debit cards. Payment will be debited to your account on receipt of your order by Manjoh. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, Manjoh cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery of goods.

Manjoh are committed to ensuring the security and privacy of the information supplied by you during the payment process. All payment card transactions on this Site are processed by HSBC using their secure online payment system. HSBC encrypts your payment card details in a secure host environment. Manjoh do not hold your payment card details on this Site or on our database.

Whilst we take all reasonable care to ensure that the details of your order and payment are secure on this Site, Manjoh cannot be held responsible for any loss suffered as a result of the negligence of a third party from any unauthorised access to any data you provide on the Site.
